im taking a break from talking to my irl friends/social media so i can work on my mental health but i honestly have no idea where to start. like its so stressful to even think about my mental health let alone taking a break. today i washed my face, brushed my teeth and took out the garbage but it didnt feel like enough. i also have no clue what to do for fun now since im taking a break from social media. does anyone have any tips or like how you even start to improve your mental state?
