I have a new friend who just moved to town a few months ago, and she knows how to make kandi, so i invited her over to hang out and to show her my kandi. she goes through my box and starts asking me for stuff and gets upset when i wont let her have it. I put a lot of thought and feeling behind my kandi, and most of the stuff she wanted was stuff from friends or from trades online(I consider trade ppl friends i haven't met yet). Then, a few days later she keeps asking me if i can make her a few cuffs and i tell her no, but she knows i have beads. She also wanted me to make a bracelet for some girl i never even met who's name was in the bag. i told her no and she persisted cuz she saw my supplies. what do i do? shes not a bad person, just....idk

thanks so much, and it's not that id WANT to give her anything or WANT to trade with her, it's that she wants the kandi that is specia to me and i don't have much time for making new stuff. but anyway, thx so mch you guys, I will def. take the trade into consideration once i have more time

Keep firm on your choice. I had a lot of friends who did the same with me. Some of them traded kandi/beads/string with me, while the others just complained about "being poor." So, like the people down there said, offer her a trade, and if she doesn't want that, then just keep saying no (: Hope all goes well!

If you don't want to give her something, like TBTB13 says, just keep saying no. However, I'm not sure why you'd refuse to make her something? Like, I'm sure you guys could work out a trade? I make kandi for random people all the time, knowing I'll never get anything in return but I don't care. That's just me. Although, your friend sounds actually pretty annoying if you ask me. So I personally would have ignored her after a few days lol.

Exactly what you HAVE been doing. Tell her no. Keep telling her no. If she really is your friend she won't keep pushing you to give her your kandi. Ever thought about trading with her? Maybe she'd lay off if you did? I had the same problem with an friend so I finally told her I wouldn't give her anything but I was willing to trade. She was happy with that and we haven't had any problems since
