can someone explain gender euphoria? not like the meaning but.. the feeling. I dont know what it's like because I've only felt it maybe three times, and i can't remember

or if you wanna share some things that give u gender euphoria, no matter what they are, go ahead because i kinda wanna try some things that may give me some, because my life is 70% dysphoria and 20% tired, specifically of acting interested in my irl friend's lives when they talk to me at the worst times, and 10% thinking about my bf 24/7, So any ideas? or just, what do you do for it?

it feels different for everyone, so you’ll experience it in different ways too, but it’s pretty much the opposite of dysphoria! Or joy from feeling like you or some of your traits match your gender!! For example, my chest is one of my main sources of dysphoria, so when I found a way to bind with two sports bras, and then when my actual binder came, I got gender euphoria when I put them on because my chest was finally flat and it was actually ME, like who I really was and not one of the things that made me dysphoric (I hope that made sense)

I also occasionally get euphoria from specific outfits, like my homecoming outfit (transparent black dress shirt, binder underneath, black corset) and a few others

I started ranting a little but I hope this made sense and helped you a bit,,

@a_red_crow: I'm glad you found things that work for you vv proud, n I felt really good a little over a year ago when i got some 'trans tape', binders dont seem to do much for me, well, they make it possible to get through the day, but not rlly euphoria

I walked around my house shirtless which made my dad kinda uncomfortable because he still sees me as a girl but I mean I have plenty of the tape on so there rlly wasnt much to see

i dont know how to put it into words sorry : ( for me, some things that give me gender euphoria r binder shirts (pretty much just wearing a binder as a shirt its so cool omg) uhh crinkled button ups, growing out my hair and dying it really helped me uhhh and masc face tutorials literally saved my life <33
