So I have this old plad dress I never wear help it's too tight how do I make it more flowey?

I like the dress but I never wear it mostly bc it's too short for me what should I do? How can I make it longer ahhh it's a skin tight dress which kinda isn't my style how could I make it flowey? Or less tight (it's bodycon btw)

@Moon9: I noticed u said its tighter... you could always cut it up the side, n put fabric under so it's not gonna like expose u but also had the idea you could loosely stitch up the side, and make it p loose at the bottom so it is more flowey
