why does the media make people believe that non-binary people, genderfluid/flux, demiboys/girls/enbys + aren’t trans?? The definition of trans is to identify differently than what you were born as. All of what I listed fits in that category. JUST BECAUSE THEYRE NOT FTM OR MTF DOESNT FUCKING MEAN THEYRE NOT TRANS GOD DAMMIT. Idk it pisses me off

Another thing- there are people that identify as a male but use they/them or she/her prns. I identify as a male and use he/they. I call myself a boy, that doesn’t mean I just wanna be referred to as he/him or just they/them. It just kinda rubs me the wrong way when you use one sets of prns for someone that uses multiple sets :/

I'm pretty sure it's bc they only know trans as "girl to boy" (vise versa) and don't get that transgender is an umbrella term bc most nb, etc people don't really call themselves trans (may be mistaken tho)
