can people with anxiety relate? (somewhat a vent)

I hate when people say stuff like "oh I get nervous when talking to people too!" as if its the same thing. I've gotten extremely sick from stress before and its not cute and quickly like people say anxiety is.

My parents just say everyone has anxiety like no bitch not everyone is incapable of talking to ppl they dont know or never sleeps bc of anxiety I hate it heree

@V4MP1RE_GUTZZ: I have this one teacher who made us do "stress relieving activities" for the entire period and it was a disaster. I dont think most people realise that stress isn't cured by doing yoga or something. I'm sorry that you've been stressed recently sad personally I read when stressed bc it can distract you from whatever is going on irl and you can just focus on yourself and the story. I hope things get better happy

ppl say the same thing to me too !! ive slowly turned to just unhealthy coping skills cuz nobody wants to actually help me n just tell me "its not that hard to get over, just go socialize??? just manage your stress???" like when thats literally what i can't do pls help it just makes me so icky, ive had to vomit so many times in school, im always sweaty, always shaking, fidgeting, headaches, overthinking everything, constantly out of breath, it's so sickening i just want it to stop my anxiety makes everything seem so loud n scary n like, dude i just wanna go home away from ppl at school who thinks its "cute" or "a mood" like stop im in pain : (
