Does anyone else get this?

i get a weird tightness in my pinky fingers if im beading for a long time, im not sure what it is. it kind of feels like my pinkies r stuck in place till i force them out

i asked my dad and he said i was dehydrated but i dont think thats it cus i drink a little more than the average amount of water i need
