Any SMALL rotating cuff tutorials??

I'd like to make a rotating cuff for myself and due to medical issues I can't handle a lot of weight on my arms, but I can't find any tutorials for making a rotating cuff that's small enough for the rotating part to be just a single. Can anyone help? I'm not sure how to endcap an x base cuff well enough to keep a rotating single inside

youd make a 3x xbase i believe, add the spikes on the top and the bottom, then add a single. if you want a REALLY small one you can do a 1x high xbase and then string 3 beads across the top from one accent bead to another, to form a little point all around on the top and bottom. idk if that makes much sense sorry

hkloveI found this! Not exactly what a traditional rotating cuff looks like, but rotates nonetheless!
