Other craft photos

How many of you would be interested in having a separate gallery for photos of non-kandi crafts? Even though these crafts wouldn't be kandi, I think they might inspire you to make things to put on kandi, or to mix other craft forms with kandi. An example of that is hemp kandi. These photos wouldn't appear on the home page, so that people who aren't interested don't have to see them. You'd have to specifically go into the separate gallery. P.S. This isn't totally my idea; it came out of a suggestion from ili11 to add duct tape crafts, but other people have tried uploading photos of crafts which is why I'm entertaining the idea.

I second MrKANDIKID. When I saw "non-kandi" pictures being approved I was getting frustrated/irritated because-- well, the obvious- Not that I didn't appreciate it and its handiwork, I was simply confused as to why it was approved since nothing in the picture was even related to kandi/culture. I think it would help to add a second gallery, but maybe have some sort of minor limits on it so like white_rabbit_alice said, you don't want "the site [to] lose(s) what it's really about... I just don't want this to become a deviantART flop."

i always make stuffed animals and then make kandi for them xD OHMERGERD! i totally do this too!!!!!!!! i stareted because my friend gabe gave me a "rave monkey" beanie baby on our mexico mission trip and i made kandi for it

(it now has a kandi cuff a kandi skirt a kandi necklace and two kandi singles)

sound idea one thing expanding is good but you don't want the rubber band effect to where you stretch and stretch then the site looses what its really about and then it snaps, because, i'm thinking that we could get new members for the site who could take up this craft or be our muses and design things for us to make patterns with i just dont want this to become a devianart flop
