What are your guys’ pet peeves about what people say/do to you when you’re wearing kandi, or about kandi itself?

Here’s mine:

When im wearing kandi and people come up to me and say “thats alot of bracelets”. Duh?? I know that its alot? Do they think that i dont know that im wearing them?

When my family members say “yOu nEeD MorE bRaceLets” or “pUT oN oNE MorE braCelEt”, i hear this ALL the time, its not funny, its just annoying

Or when i can just tell that they are silently judging me for wearing kandi

one of the most irritating things for me is when you wear kandi for too long and it makes marks in ur skin and it bothers u :[ also when ppl make comments about how obnoxious it is,, like..ok????

@KennyyMccormiick: same i hate explaining all them!!! But I always get “why do you use that color scheme so much? :points to all my Demi-boy/non-binary kandis:” or “why do you have a bracelet that says g0re wh0re?” and I always ALWAYS get “OMG OMG WHY DO YOU HAVE A BLOOD THEMED ONE ARE YOU PSYCHO!?1!!1?1?1?!!1” like no I just like horror movies with a lot of gore like ‘The Thing’ for example, and I really like vampires and stuff, but I literally don’t and shouldn’t have to explain every bracelet I own just for like a relative or somebody who I see only once every few years. It’s funny how people who don’t even know me are so quick to admit me into a mental hospital over a word that they don’t even know the true intentions behind

(Holy crap that got long I’m so so sorry I’m tired and I accidentally went on a whole rant hhhhhh ignore me pls)

and people asking for my cuffs i spent hours on just to give them when i barely know them

also people giving away stuff i made specifically for them

When I show someone a cuff I made and they ask why it's so big.

I wanted it to be big, that's why!

probably when im almost finished with a bracelet and then all the beads just FALL OFF

but mostly, if somebody tries stealing Kandi from me becuz itz “aesthetic” like, i have no problem at all making kandi for literally anybody but the kandi i make to wear means a lot to me and the majority of them have a personal meaning behind it itz just not fun

when people ask me to make kandi for them like i only make it for people i have close relations to so if i only talk to you like once im not going to make you any
