My school is banning fidget toys help /srs

I have autism and SPD and fidget toys help me a lot. Unforonetally, people are misusing them and getting them banned. This is very problematic because I need them to cope with school. I have 504 plan but I'm still afraid that some other teacher that does not know may take it up.

Is there maybe something discreet that you could use? Like a hairtie/rubberband/bracelet/kandi, or just fidgetting with something small in your pocket...?

I've heard if you have a doctor's note or a note from the principal they can't take it. A parent's note might work too. Hopefully that helps.

keep small ones around, like quiet and small ones. (ex: fidget cube)
