do fuse bead creations count as kandi?

For a kandi kid/raver; yes, But if you're like..5 and you're making them just to make them, obviously not lol. But yes; they count happy

I agree. I don't think they count as kandi unless you make kandi jewelry out of them or put them on jewelry. But I think of them as being related to kandi since they go well with kandi and the beads look similar to pony beads (colorful). That's part of the reason I have perler patterns and photos on the site.

In my opinion, no. Kandi is made with pony beads not perler beads.... You can put the perler bead creations on kandi or make a cuff out of perler beads and then I would say it is kandi o.O I think
