im new to attaching perler to my cuffs but if the hole too small i take something and make it bigger usually the top left right and bottom so it stays secure then i put separate string and make knots on all 4 of them

What I do, is that i get my string, feed it through one of the holes towards the top-right (not the corner piece but maybe 1-2 inwards from the farthest right row and top row, and tie a knot.

Afterwards, I put all the beads on in the pattern I want

And to finish, I put the string through the same spot as the beginning knot, but on the opposite side and finish it off with a knot

(if you need any further explanation I'd be happy to give one)

(ps if the bead's hole is too small, you could get a needle and heat it up (optional but works better) and poke a new hole/widen an existing one)

I take whatever string or cord I want to use. then, I thread it through whatever needle fits the cord. Then, I heat up the needle with a lighter (a hair straightener works, too) and then I stab the needle through wherever I want it to connect! hope this helps!
