difference between ufo cuff and 3d cuff?

i wanna make a ufo cuff, ive already made a 3d, what is the difference? ty!

a ufo has a layer of outwards spikes underneath the big X's + a row across the center with decorative beads as opposed a regular 3d cuff which has just have big X's without the spikes and the row across (lmk if that doesnt make sense)
