so hi im codependent ((i have undiagnosed issues that could tie into BPD and ASD n stuff)) and my person (my boyfriend) isnt here and goes away sometimes unexpectedly ((falling asleep, getting called for chores, spacing out, stuff like that)) and i have breakdowns and cry and just wait until he gets back. its 2:30 am and hes not back yet, its been 7 hours. im just patiently waiting so i can hear him say goodnight and i love you to me like he does almost every night. the nights he doesnt are the ones i need help getting through. its really really hard for me to not just wait, and im starting to have physical problems to go along with the mental ones. if anyone has any advice, words of encouragment, or tips, i will gladly take them. dont suggest self harm. thats messed up, please i just want some help 5148668e6f06b_animal06.gif

personally (this is just a me thing) usually I rant to myself about random things (like hyperfixations), or I judge things like my room and point out all the little "mistakes" because it makes me feel better about myself when I do. Ialso go in discord servers and just see what they are talking about cause it usually gets a laugh outa me.

hmm, I'm really bad at this kinda stuff but maybe you can try to distract yourself with something? TV, kandi, school work, stuff like that happy
