are there any video game sprite editors here?? if so, then please comment some tips. i use ibis paint x and my fingers [bc all of my styluses end up breaking t-t]

for sprite editing, i’ve found that it’s helpful to study the style of the sprites you’re editing, so your edits blend better with the base, like figuring out “how would the original artist have done this?”

also, i’m not sure if you’re editing regular sprites or talksprites, but this applies to both: learn and develop skills in art fundamentals like form, lighting, color, etc. it makes a huge difference cause it’s all art in the end!
