I was wanting to know if there is any measuring techniques to do so you don't end up with a cuff/mask/anything to small or to big. I like my cuffs not to cut off circulation and mask to fit from tragus to tragus. 
Do you have any suggestions on how to measure wrist/face/ and so on before you start a pattern?
