How do you tie off a fishtail cuff?

I made a fishtail and i don't know how to tie it off. Anyone?

i watched a video of one being made & the girl who made it used a ribbon to tie it together, but to actually tie it off like a cuff, i've no idea

take the two ends together i never made one i never herd or seen a fishtail cuff till now so what i see there really is no special way to tie it off i so tie i off any way
