what do you do if somebody steals your kandi?

about a year ago i was going to an anime con, and i was wearing a bunch of kandi. my friend, lets call him d, slept over the night before and we were getting ready to go and he said "can i wear some o your kandi?" i said "of course" and he started piling it on his arms. he even put on my first cuff. i told him to be very careful with it all and he said OK. next thing you know we are there and he just disappears and i didn't find him all day, I've been trying to contact him for A YEAR. he also took, my brand new back pack i had just bought for the school year that i didn't use once, my new sunglasses, and tons of my kandi... idk what to do. i want my stuff back
