Ok. I think I'm having a gender panic

I am questioning my gender now. I was watching a video abt pride flags and the person mentioned the word "genderqueer" and I got interested because if you know me and you know Chonny Jash, he uses the word queer a lot, so I went down a rabbit hole and now I'm stuck thinking "Yo, I think I'm Pangender now, or maybe Novigender..Or Bigender??" and I seriously need help now. And how tf should I explainn this to my irl bestie, like I go back to school from winter break like "BESTIE IM PANGENDER NOW, NOT GENDERFLUID!! " AND HOW AM I GOING TO BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN THIS TO MY PARENTS, LIKE "MOM, DAD, I HAVE MULTIPLE GENDERS!! IM NOT YOUR COMPLETELY GIRL FEMALE GENDERED DAUGHTER ANYMORE!!"

I CAN HELP-! Okay this will take some time to figure out but honestly go with what you feel right. Ive had a three year struggle just bc i kept denying myself like "Oh ppff yeah im a girl" and denied that i actually wanted to be a guy out of fear of being judged (and sent to a mental facility by my parents but-) but just do what you think is right. You dont have to tell your parents until your ready. i still havent told my parents abt being trans

dude it's okay calm down I haven't told my parents my pronouns are they them and I won't until I move out for collage.

I think the bezt thing, in my experience, to help with gander panicz iz to write out or explain to someone exactly what you are experiencing gender-wize without juzt uzing a label like ciz, tranz, demigirl, demiboy, etc. Then, try to see what label bezt matchez how youre feeling.

You can alzo try on different labelz and see how they make you feel :3
