so like- ik not having a speaker of the house is bad, cause they can’t review bills

This means they can’t do anything about KOSA rn or continue to try to pass it. So KOSA is delayed 
(if it even ends up passing lol)
In all seriousness though the government is engulfed in flames rn (not literally)
