So basically, child online safety acts are THANKFULLY being properly investigated, being questioned if their really constitutional(most are NOT by the way)
temporary injunctions are being placed on children online safety acts/laws that are trying to be passed, for example, a bill in arkansas was halted due to concerns about first amendment rights in vague definitions.
immediate action is likely due to a divided congress.
