So dead by daylight had a cosmetic competition a month or two ago and the winners were announced yester
day, and uhh... the survivor skin for a character named Yun Jin Lee is kinda disappointing tbh

Dont get me wrong its a nice skin but the rules said that the skin is gonna be very rare and BHVR wanted a super detailed concept and out of all the concepts this was the one that made them said "oh yeah, this is the one". I think they chose this concept because its easy and requires little to no effort and people with 1 functioning braincell would eat it up. Its okay but there were much better options.

However, the reaction has been embarrassing to watch, its like a car crash I cant look away from. Everyone has been throwing a fit like a toddler that this skin was the winner and started talking down on the artist, weaponizing others concepts, and even death threating the artist . People were also getting upset that a popular character that alot of people play won the contest even tho... its kinda the community's fault because no one plays characters like Haddie, Zarina, and other male survivors. Plus popular characters rake in money so of course BHVR is gonna make skins for characters like Yun Jin, Feng, Kate and so on.

Its been kinda a sh!tshow over in the dbd community but this gave me the inspiration to work on my skin for the next competition so yeah...thats it
