How to legally change your name?

I've been wanting to legally change my name forever now but I don't really know how and I'm scared of doing something wrong. I think it would help if someone explained it to me. Does anyone know the process for getting your name legally changed in Pennsylvania?

This seems pretty easy. There are also services that will help you for $ if you're nervous about paperwork. Mostly the court wants to make sure you're not trying to avoid debt or commit fraud. They probably won't let you change it to something incredibly offensive. Note that it's perfectly legal to tell people your legal name is Frank but everyone calls you Soapy without making a legal change. That's why you get wedding invitations for Emily Inez Warden and it takes you a minute to realize your pal Buzzy is getting hitched.

Uhhh I dunno abt Pennsylvania, but I do know you gotta go to the court house and get paper signed and it also costs money (idk how much), but you gotta be at least 16 to legally change it WITH parent consent
