How do you post comments on photos?

Ik this sounds dumb, but I really don't know how can someone explain to me how you comment on pictures ppls profiles?

Sorry, you are unable to reply. If the thread is still open, you might have been blocked from commenting due to spam or abuse, or we might not have been able to verify that you are a real account. Try updating your profile and interacting more on the site. There are greater restrictions on forum comments due to spam. Spam comments will still not be published, even for verified accounts

Do you have a comment form on the bottom of the photo details page? It should be directly below a header which says "Photo Comments." If you don't have a comment form, you have either been blocked by the user or restricted by a moderator. If you message me with the link to a photo you can't comment on, I can tell you which. FYI you can only comment on photo uploads, not on their profile photo.
