so for anyone who deals with sensitivity to too much noise i found some really good products for fairly inexpensive prices that can help with that 21.gif

yesterday i found these things called Hear-os at my local walgreens. (idk if the picture uploaded but they kinda look like if you took the silicone caps off of some earbuds and stacked them together.) they have a noise decibel rating of 27 (i think the highest noise muffling stuff like this goes is 30) and they work amazingly. and, they were only $6. you can also find them on amazon but it costs a bit more i think

also, at walmart (at mine its in back by the uhhhh weapons) you can find some really nice noise muffling headphones. i got this pair that looks a bit bulky but has the same decibel rating as the hear-os. and those are only $10-$15 depending on which kind you get

hope this helps 21.gif) love ya

Seconded! I scored a HUGE box of the orange foam Hear-Os on clearance, and they are great too. I use them on long bus/train trips, flights, hotels, nights when my white noise app doesn't do the job, etc. I made them a decorated glass jar with a little brass plaque that says MAMA TRIED. (I also keep a tin in my bag to offer to other people on the bus when you get one of those drivers who blasts Jesus radio or puts on Smokey and the Bandit 3.)

Also: If you're at the movies and the sound level is too high, take your straw wrapper, tear it in half, and roll the halves into loose coils to make emergency noise baffles. Don't push them in too far, you'll need to get them out again when you leave.
