diets aren’t about eating less, they are about healthier foods! Eating less will only make you fatigued and sick! kao smile

@JustDennis: if you can, GET AN AIRFRYER!!!!! im not even kidding here, even super fatty foods like chicken wings n shit can lose soo much fat and oil in airfryers, we have one n can eat so much traditionally "unhealthy" stuff bc the airfryer makes it so much healthier!! (i sound like an old man but thats ok) - godforbid

Other person gave really great advice!! I think one of the best things you could do is to NOT push yourself too far too early! For example, don't suddenly change your diet or come up with a complex workout routine, start off with cutting down on portions and replacing foods you like with healthier options, and try out some cardio paired with stretches and lunges, get accustomed to the change and slowly build up your tolerance and get used to the changes. It makes things a lot easier and helps so you don't get burned out quickly. Good luck!!

my advice is just to make sure you lose weight in a healthy way. stay far away from edtwt. if you start feeling as though you don't deserve to eat or feeling as though your body is "bad," get help.

the easiest place to start is by eating more healthy. i think of what i like to eat already, then about what i can add to it to make it more balanced. for example, i love rice, so if i eat it with kimchi, spinach, seaweed, and fried egg, it's a balanced meal rather than just a complex carb.

then in addition, try to get exercise! i found weightlifting is really empowering for me, but even going on walks will help with this. staying active is just really important. TAKE EXERCISE BREAKS THOUGH. DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF TOO FAR. that is how you get very very badly hurt.

the last bit is trying to stay in a good mental health mindset. stress and depression contribute a lot to weight gain, so make sure you are expressing your feelings and talking to people you trust. creative outlets are helpful too.

i hope this helps!
