So, my school is doing a creative writing thing and I just submitted a poem for it! I just wanted to put it on here to see what you guys think of it! I'm not a professional writer but I love writing and have been my whole life! Here it is!

Lemons & Limes

You can be the lemon to my lime

Because when we are both combined

My words, your art

My brains, your heart

We create something so unique

Our own symphony

Our own world that no one else can see

So you’ll be the lemon

And I’ll be the lime

You’ll make the lemonade

And I’ll make the key lime pie

We’ll create so many beautiful things

Oh, my dear lemon to my lime.
