if you can’t go somewhere with your friends, maybe invite them over & make a list of different activities/games you guys can do? there are tons of party games you can find online, or you guys can make up your own with your own rules!

i’m not sure what specific things you should get at the mall, but i’d recommend checking if the stores you like have rewards programs (if you aren’t signed up for any yet) some stores give you coupons you can use on or around your birthday if you are signed up

i haven’t gone rollerskating in a rlly long time (and i wasn’t very good at it due to my balance issues lol), but i’d recommend looking up the different ways to stop if you don’t know how already. i used to fling myself forwards all the time since i didn’t know how to use the toe stops also be aware of what direction your feet are pointing!! you might not even realize that the tips of your toes are pointed at each other until they hit & you fall over
