does anyone know any offline text to speech things for chromebooks?

so ive recently become more comfortable with my overall neurodivergency (including the fact im probably on the autism spectrum) and im now at a place in my life where i feel i can allow myself to be nonverbal for periods of time without having to force myself to speak (which like really friggin hurts for some reason so woot)

anyway, i was wondering if anyone knew any good text to speech things that work offline and can be downloaded on chromebooks until i get a working smartphone. i dont wanna have my friends be translating for me and writing on a piece of paper or my old flip phone takes a bit too long
