ok hi so like i just wanted to talk abt this but ive been friends w this guy for a rlly long time and he took one of my friends things it wa a pen and she wanted it back bc the person that gave it to her wasnt here anymore and super important to them and when we asked for it back he said he threw it away and hes acting like a jerk now like... and he wont even apolgize to her bc she doesnt "deserve" it..

I hope everything works out okay, I'm sorry about the pen.

I know this sounds dumb, but if it's genuinely super important to the person, maybe talk to a teacher? It's not okay that he's doing that.

As for talking to him, that's no one's call but yours. Do what feels correct for you.
