Perler.com - $3.39 for 1000 ($2.71 bulk discount), $11.99 for 6000, $29.99 for 18000, $3.39 for 2 tweezers

I personally buy from Perler.com since they have a heavy discount when buying lots of beads, but the shipping can be slow sometimes, especially if you live outside of the US. If you want to get materials quickly, Walmart is good. If you want a lot of variety, try Michaels. I haven't bought beads from Joann, but I will update this post when I do!
