anyone else get REALLY shaky hands when they drink energy drinks? i only drink one every few months so i just might not be used to them? or maybe it's my anxiety mixed with the caffene? idk. 6264258fdff43_cranegame.gif62642c506f041_chillpill.gif

Well, adolescents aren't really supposed to be drinking energy drinks to begin with, so it's likely too much caffeine for you in general.
I'm not gonna lie and act like i didn't consume them as a teen, but try to limit your caffeine intake to below 100mg caffeine (the reccomended limit by the American Academy of Pediatrics). Energy drinks don't affect me now, but adults can have up to 400mg caffeine per day, and even then I only drink low-calorie ones, very rarely.

i drink coffee but yeah, that happens to me too. makes me feel shaky and my anxiety tics come out nah

it’s only when i drank a whole monster, i’ve had like a quarter/half of one before and been fine, but when i drank a whole one i felt rlly shakey haha

i think it’s all the caffeine and taurine and shit they put in it lol
