How do I make a over the shoulder kandi bag?

Dose anyone know how to make a kandi over the shoulder bag that dose not involve making it from a video?I found one online that i would like trying to make.I dont care for a pattern on the bag tho.Any help would be great.Thanks.(:

panels are made with a peyote stitch, like a multi stitch cuff but it starts differently.

"FunSize": im not entirely sure what "dose not involve making it from a video" means but you basically make two panels and string them together then you make a strap and string that on (or if your using ribbon just tie it on). Thank you.Are panels like making multt stich cuffs except they are flat?
