stims// how to un-develop stims?? /nav

jkshkfnkdnk okok so i recently developed this stim where i scream the cartoon slipping sound effect super loud?- 513b39525823e_crying.gif its the only one it seems like i want to do and im used to being able to stim whenever since most of my stims are fairly quiet (like tapping the table and making popping noises with my mouth n stuff) but now i cant just stim whenever cus its super disruptive. i have ways of coping with wanting to stim but it still feels nice to stim soooo

is it possible to get rid of certain stims? cus this sucks :')

maybe you can try doing it in a whisper if that makes sense? when i’m in public & feel like i need to vocally stim, i find that doing it quiet enough that it makes a noise only i can hear is better than nothing :]
