it can kinda hurt your fingers at first, but once you get used to it it's super fun! Also, make sure to keep it tuned, there are many free tuner sites that are really good.

@13Killz: trust me, I grew up on shit like Hollywood Undead, Slipknot, Three Days Grace and etc. I have a large musical vibe I do want to learn drums and base to anyway XD

For me I already played violin and piano so it was super easy to pick up but if you don’t have any musical experience it could be a little more difficult though, you also have to remember that it’ll hurt your fingers at first, but besides that it’s super fun, and for me personally when I’m stressed it’s helps so much to focus on playing chords/songs, listening to the notes, and coming up with little calm tunes, plus just an extra is that it helps get you into a habit of having good posture, overall I’m sure you’ll love it

for me , it was pretty easy to pick up . its very difficult at first , and requires a lot of practice .

the nice thing about guitar is one you learn a bit , the rest can become very intuitive ( in my experience )

i've been playing for six years , and some of the songs i can play the best are kmd and you are ever so dear in our hearts because of it - american poetry club, goodie bag - still woozy, candles - daughter, ghosting - mother mother, and famous last words - my chemical romance (not trying to flex , just trying to give perspective ) i can read all tablature and teach it to myself, and i can write my own music

so yeah !! guitar is so relaxing , its a huge coping skill for me because it requires so much of my focus
