question for trans mascs/ binder users w/ sensory issues

what do you do when you're super dysphoric but your binder worsens your sensory issues? I have no one in person to ask this about. but my sensory issues are terrible because of my binder, but if i take it off, i'll get super dysphoric. i just feel so physically restrained, and it makes me super irritable and angry. /srs

@garrettschueman: of course !! hopefully it helps - dysphoria sucks majorly and if this is something you can do that will alleviate it while also not interfering with sensory issues, that's a total win !! :]

If its the material of the binder, try wearing a tank top under it, this also helps if it gets sweaty wink
