i def wouldnt recommend doing it yourself, depending on how much you know about hair stuff. ive figured out a lot so i just cut my own hair at this point because stylists never know what im looking for. it also depends on face shape, wolf/shag/mullets tend to compliment a rounder face

depends on your head shape! for longer head shapes i'd say go for it if the style is shoulder length or longer but if you have a round/shorter head shape then shorter more face-framing styles would look nicer, like a bob wolf cut
