If u r a maladaptive daydreamer, what r ur daydreams like? R they based off of smth or r they ur own original stories?

For me mine is based off of cuphead mixed w little nightmares, fnaf, friday night funkin, steven universe, mona the vampire, my own OCs, and my own hobbies! I even made my own species, langugage, and planets for my stories! (But for the language I still need to work on it, I have the alphabet for it and some words like "yes, no, how are you" but I still need to work on pronunciation) (oh and edit: i also made a religion called ryonism for my story! im still working on that too tho)

Btw if u don't know what maladaptive daydreaming is, it's basically where u create these rlly big stories in ur head w a large plot and it can be triggered by movies, music, social media, etc. Plus when ur daydreaming sometimes u copy ur character's movements, like if ur character makes a face or says smth, u might say that thing or make that face without even realizing it. I constantly maladaptive daydream, sometimes it can get very distracting during school and work, but it's useful when i try to distract myself from things i don't want to think about, mine's like yours a lot.

I daydream about different Fnaf Aus i've come up with or different situations with them. I also will add on to dreams i've had and creat kind of a story behind them. I like to draw out or write down what i've come up with after i stop. Like i said, sometimes it's very distracting but other times it's pretty fun. I do it a lot on my bus ride home from school since it's an hour long.

they're usually based off of whatever show I have been watching but sometimes its my own story.

Ayo!! The way yours is is kinda like mines /pos I just take any current hyperfixation (mainly music and video games) and add Oc's! Right now it's a Mafia type AU mixed with characters from this one story I read (Zodiac/greek god based)! And normally when I listen to lemon demon a lot of the other stories act up! While I can't work on the language its like morse code but with whistles and bird calls/chuffing noises. Most of my oc's are tied to different fandoms but all are brought up in a huge semi adoptive family!! The other big one is being in horror movies/a nurse for slashers/hanging with slashers and i use the same characters since they all fit well! /ramble /pos

(in short OHSHC,Undertale,Cuphead,Batim.Slashers,Fnaf,and random fics/anime i find rotate depending on what i've recently seen/read and what I daydream!) -Stu!!
