"SycoSquirl": these are the suspenders I made a long while back, worked wonderfully until the clips started to break, i would not do a ladder, very flimsy and not quite right looking. If you want them thicker go with a pyote (keeps the lengths straight and the ends like a normal multi so you can connect key chains to it and so forth) I happen to like my little x-base sort of suspenders but its all up to you, whatever you choose im sure will come out great. (I used fabric stretch cord on mine which came in handy when I got snagged on things so they didnt break, just stretched, 1mm of the brand crumpet has linked to on her materials page fyi, so i would suggest some stretch but make it a thicker string for durability) Thank you! that is really helpful, and thos suspender look great! love the little plur idea big grin love struck

I Would use A thicker elastic (.7mm and up) And Peyote stitch, ladder you stretch out too easily.

I personally suggest .7mm-1mm stretch magic/bead n stretch. Clear elastic. However, I would personally do a peyote stitch because it's alot more durable than a ladder. I LOVE ladders, but sometimes they stretch too much and it can wear out easily. I don't recomend fishing line because it may be uncomfortable/too tight. Hope this helps!

i personally would use stretchy string and a multi or a peyote stitch. latter would work too and be super stretchy.

I think fishing line would be a good choice. Just make it a little bigger to compensate for no stretch. It really depends on your preference at the end of the day.
