Kandi at warped tour??

I'm going to warped tour this year. i normally on everyday basis wear about 15-20 singles on each arm. I know that they can get broken and stuff and that they'll get hot and i'll get awkward tan lines, but should i wear my kandi to warped?? I've worn the same amount of kandi that i wear everyday to other concerts ive been to though. what has been your experience wearing kandi to warped tour?? side note: my kandi covers up my cuts and scars as well, idk if i want to show them around a whole bunch of people :/

I know this is an older question but I say wear what you normally wear! Ik you have scars(me two) but people there are accepting!! If you are so worried about it wear the fish net things like TBTB13 said! Best of luck xD

I don't live in the US, so I've never been to Warped. But I have worn kandi to music festivals and in heats of up to 120 degrees (not kidding). I found as long as you go over the knots of your cuffs and singles with something like glue or nail polish they should hold fine as long as you don't wear them in a spot where they'll be stretched too much. Just don't wear too much if it's too hot or humid (I learnt that the hard way). I hope this helps, and I hope you have fun. And I think you should wear some, just maybe some less important ones just in case they do break.

i'd say 5-8 on each of your lesser important singles.. also I wouldn't worry about scars people at warped are generally very friendly and accepting!

I don't advise you to wear any more than 5 singles on each arm. I have scars too but I doubt you'll be the only one there with them, plus I doubt people will be looking. It was 115-120 for the past two years here and the same goes to every concert. I never wear more than a few pieces because they normally break in the mosh pits. It also has given me weird tan lines. Although, I think a backpack isn't a bad idea as long as you trust it to stay secure.

I wore a few singles and two cuffs on each arm when I went. It was about 90 degrees with 90% humidity (lol Michigan). One of my cuffs broke when I was in the crowd and a few people tripped and fell over the beads that came off (quite a few did), so make sure the cuffs are secure. Best of luck~ My friend used to have the same troubles.

I wore a bunch of singles to Warped tour along with a few cuffs last year at Warped. If I do go this year I'm wearing Kandi :3 I brought a backpack with me and put my 3Ds in there when I was in the crowd for Breathe Carolina (Thank GOD I did or I would have left with nothing but broken Kandi o-o ) I also have scars and cuts on my arms so I know how you feel. You could wear those arm glove thingies (?) like the fishnet ones so your arms can breathe? That's what I did happy Hope I helped at least a little ^-^ Heart

I went to warped a few years ago. It was 115 degrees outside. I was wearing my BVB warpaint and covered head to toe in black. I had my cuffs and singles (about 10-15 singles) and all of them survived and I got no tan line. If you feel it's okay, then go ahead! P.S. I don't recommend wearing all black XD I passed out in the middle of the parking lot.
