he is so full of himself, he always picks on kids who are special ed, he always picks on my friends, he also does this weird thing were he sneaks up behind the girls and sometimes boys, (mostly girls) and tries to look at us, my friends already got told 4 times to take her hoodie off and told this boy only one time, me and my friend are going to tell the a teacher about him.
