I can pretty much look at it, study it and see how you did it. It's really not that difficult to figure out; it's an x base method. This is for people who ask how you make it. Anyway, you did a great job. The skirt is beautiful and I love the idea of all white for DayGlow. By the looks of the paint on your outfit, you had a good time?
