Rasta Pacman/Pot man Kandi Handcuffs/collar part two

This is part of a larger project I am making.
I started with and altered this pattern: http://kandipatterns.com/patterns/characters/pacman-ghosts-1548 to get the basic layout for the ghosts. This will be the right cuff on a set of handcuffs/collar all chained together. If I have a few requests I can make an exact pattern for it. (I am just super lazy about pattern making) I made another version which got torn apart, and it took me several tries to get exactly what I wanted.
