@RoryMakezKandi: thx!!! i followed NefariousArts' tutorial on yt (www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-pKIfQCrXc) with neon beads to make the x-base cuff, neon & star-shaped beads in a rainbow order to make the 3d parts, & then i think these (http://lnkiy.in/gFDKY) beads to make the rotating part, though i made the base cuff too long so i had to add xtra rows to the rotating part. hope this helps!
