@princessk: While I've never made this design specifically, things like this are just made with the peyote stitch. If you search "Poison Candy Peyote Stitch" on this site, you can find a the pattern of it! Though eyeballing it from this photo works too, haha. If you never made something like this though, I'd recommend looking up kandi bow tutorials in general, which is what this pattern is most like. There are A LOT of tutorials on how to make them on the web, and once you learn the skills, you're pretty much equipped to make most things of a similar nature. Good luck!!
