Mini Halloween Rotating Cuff
| Description | This is my first rotating cuff, believe it or not (and my first time using GIMP to edit the pictures)! Fortunately, I've made my fair share of x-base cuffs and I have made a 3d cage cuff before. The light-up witch charm came from a free jelly necklace I was given in Halloween 2019 . The star beads were a gift from a friend!! (and I do, in fact, know it is August) |
