I wanted to make a helmet modeled after my cat, Skittles. I had to jazz it up with a mechanical flavor for it be ready for Paradiso. Solely the beads, it's weight is 764.6g (1.69lbs). I have a representative swatch of 160 beads weighing 27.5g. The conversion shows that this helmet is approximately 4449 beads. I've clocked myself at 174 beads per hours so that's 25.6 hours of straight beading with no other tasks. With EL wire it weighs 829.2g (1.82lbs)
