what did you put on the inside? I'm trying to make some, but can't figure it out >.<

I used cardboard to hold them up and keep it firm so the goggle holds it's shape and then I used fabric to cover over the cardboard so you can pop the "lens" out and put in a different one. I hope that makes sense. I already had to make a video explaining how I made them.
