Finished Kandi tutu for Tonya!

Description	It's finished! Woot!!! Got the belt attached to the tutu and then added a little "frill" to it which I think brought it together better. Added a Kandi chain for trades that can be easily romoved completely if she wants. All in all I'm rather proud of how it turned out! My first tutu I would say was a success! Hehehe! >^^<

Wasn't that hard, though I will warm you if you get the glittery tulle you will look like a whole army of fairies invaded and crapped on you and everything in about a 5 foot circle of you. So much glitter EVERYWHERE!!! Lol
